Redeeming Gift Vouchers.
|
If you receive a Gift Voucher by email it will contain details of who sent you the Gift Voucher, along with possibly a short message from them. To redeem the Gift Voucher please click on the mentioned link contained within the email. This will take you to our Sign in Page. If you are a new customer, you will be requested to create an account, before the Gift Voucher is validated. You will find the received amount mentioned underneath your shopping cart, ready for you to spend it on whatever you like.
During the checkout process, on the same page that you select a payment method, the text "To be used from Gift Vouchers" will appear in red letters. Clicking the box next to it, will apply those funds in your Gift Voucher Account. If your Gift Voucher Account doesn't cover the total cost of your purchase, you will have the option to select an additional payment method.
If you received a Gift Voucher in connection with a mailing from designers-avenue, the Email will also contain the Gift Voucher Code. Please enter the code on the check out page and click the Redeem button. The code will be validated and the appropriate amount will be deducted immediately from the total of your purchase. |
