Following countless requests, Sofie Refer designed the suspension lamp Mega Bulb, which follows the design lines of Bulb, but in a larger size.

Now MEGA BULB by &TRADITION is as well available in SILVER with a black textile cable. BULB won the GOOD DESIGN award 2001 by the Chicago Athenaeum: Museum of Architecture and Design. Designer Sofie Refer went on to gain other awards for her lighting designs after that date, such Wallpaper Design Award 2006 for Best Light and short listed for the Blueprint Design Award. Best Light, also in 2006.
