We accept VISA, EURO/MASTER and CB (Carte Bleu; only in France)
Your credit card details are forwarded maximum protected via SSL-encryption directly to the payment system e-transactions of our bank Credit Agricole. Credit Agricole is one of the biggest bank groups in France.
Your bank details are never known to designers-avenue, at any time.
If you are ordering for the first time at designers-avenue and your order total is above 800,00 EUR, payment via bank transfer is obligatory.

Prepayment / Bank transfer:
You will receive our international bank details (IBAN, BIC) with your order confirmation.
Please arrange a payment within 2-3 days as the transfer to our French bank account might take some days and unpaid orders will be reserved for 7 days only. Please mention your order number!
Your order will be immediately treated after payment was received.
If no payment has arrived within 7 days, we consider the order as being cancelled.

Cheque (French bank accounts only! ):
Clients with a French bank account have as well the option to pay via a French bank cheque. Please note the order number on the back and join a copy of your passport. Your order will be immediately treated after payment was received.

The product price is the price displayed in EURO for the item on the service at the time of ordering. All product prices include the French value-added tax of 19,6 %.
