DELIVERY TIME & TERMS
Your order will be shipped insured via GLS
You will receive an e-mail informing you about the shipping of your order. You will receive as well a tracking number which will allow you to follow the shipping process online.
If your order was placed before 12:00 pm and the ordered items are in stock, it will be shipped the same day and be delivered within 3-4 business days. The delivery times for products out of stock are mentioned on each product page.

DELIVERY
All shipped items are insured and packed very carefully and well protected. Nevertheless it can happen that a product was damaged during the transport. If the parcel should arrive damaged please notify the delivery company immediately and if possible make some notes on the receipt.
If you should notice that a product was damaged after you opened the parcel, please notify designers-avenue immediately at info@designers-avenue.com. Unfortunately we cannot accept any claims concerning damage during transit, received later than 48 hours after the delivery.
