Customers from non-European countries, please ask for a quote at info@designers-avenue.com. We will reply as soon as possible.

DELIVERY TIME & TERMS
Your order will be shipped insured via the French Post (Colissimo) or via UPS.
You will receive an e-mail informing you about the shipping of your order. You will receive as well a tracking number which will allow you to follow the shipping process online.
If the ordered items are in stock and your order was placed before 12:00 pm, it will be shipped the same day and be delivered within 3-5 business days.
Most of the displayed products are regularly in stock, except for products which are handmade or some lightings.
Items which are not in stock anymore in the desired quantity will be marked with XXX in your shopping cart and will be shipped as soon as available. We will inform you about the estimated shipping date.

DELIVERY
All shipped items are insured and packed very carefully and well protected. Nevertheless it can happen that a product was damaged during the transport. If the parcel should arrive damaged please notify the delivery company immediately and if possible make some notes on the receipt.
If you should notice that a product was damaged after you opened the parcel, please notify designers-avenue immediately at service@designers-avenue.com. We cannot accept any claims concerning damage during transit, received later than 48 hours after the delivery.
